Terms and Conditions of Service/Order Placement

Minimum requirement to place a work order for translation

  • The scanned image of your document should be readable. Before uploading the document, make sure that all your documents are properly scanned, and no part of document is unreadable.

  • Whatever information you have given about yourself/your organization in the order placement form is completely correct.

  • Whatever fee is estimated for the translation of your document, advance payment ranging from 50% to 100% of that amount is mandatory.

  • The advance amount cannot be exchanged for any other language pair or any other document after the work has started on the document and language pair for which the advance has been paid.



Word count in the content to be translated

  • The number of words in a document will be considered the same as it appears in the MS Word file.

  • Commas, full stops, numerals, letters, mathematical formulas included in the source text will be calculated exactly as they appear in the MS Word file.


Total translation time

  • National holiday, any gazetted holiday, national festival day will not be counted in the calculation of days taken for translation.

  • If the time limit of seven working days is fixed for the translation of any material, then it will not count the holiday of Sunday, holiday of any festival.

  • ​It will not be possible to deliver the translated material before the deadline for the delivery of a translation job.


Final delivery of translated files

  • A soft copy of the translated document is provided to the client for viewing. The opinion of the client is sought on that. If there is any suggestion from the client, we make changes in the document accordingly.

  • Soft copy on client's email or hard copy on their address is sent only after full payment is received.

  • In the event of non-receipt of full payment of the translation work fee, the client is not given full rights to the translated document. In this case, they have 'view only' access to the document. There is no access to download or edit.


Regarding the quality of translation work

  • Our team maintains the quality of translation to the extent of customer's satisfaction.

  • There is a lot of diversity in every language of the world. That's why two people can have different opinions on the quality of translation of a document.

  • We welcome feedback/suggestions from our clients on translated documents. We revise the document by following the suggestions of the client.

  • In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh).
