Minimum Requirements for Translation Work Order:

1. Document Clarity:
Ensure that the scanned images of your document are clear and legible. Before uploading, verify that all portions of the document are properly scanned, leaving no part unreadable.

2. Accurate Information:
Double-check the accuracy of the information provided about yourself or your organization in the order placement form. It is essential that the details submitted are correct to facilitate smooth processing.

3. Advance Payment:
A mandatory advance payment ranging from 50% to 100% of the estimated translation fee is required before initiating the work. This advance payment secures your order and allows us to allocate resources promptly.

4. Non-Exchangeable Advance:
Once work has commenced on the specified document and language pair for which the advance payment has been made, the advance amount cannot be exchanged for a different language pair or another document. This policy ensures the integrity of the payment process and supports the commitment to the designated translation project.

Calculation of Total Translation Time:

Quality translation requires a considerable time investment. In today's fast-paced professional environment, time is a precious commodity. While we acknowledge the urgency associated with deadlines, we kindly request an understanding that the intricacies involved in the linguistic journey demand time. Unlike machine translation, our team, comprising over 100 skilled translators, possesses the capability to efficiently handle sizable projects. However, we refrain from treating human capacity as that of a machine. Our commitment is to timely completion, ensuring that the quality of work aligns harmoniously with the element of time.

1. Exclusion of National Holidays and Festivals:
The total translation time calculation will exclude national holidays, gazetted holidays, and national festival days. These days will not be considered in determining the duration required for translation.

2. Working Days Exclusivity:
When a stipulated time frame of seven working days is assigned for the translation of any material, this calculation will exclude Sundays and holidays associated with festivals. This ensures that only operational working days are considered in meeting the specified deadline.

3. Adherence to Delivery Deadline:
Despite our commitment to efficiency, it's important to note that delivering the translated material before the stipulated deadline is not feasible. We prioritize accuracy and quality in our work, and as such, we dedicate the necessary time to ensure that all translation jobs are completed to the highest standards within the agreed-upon time-frame.

Completion and Delivery of Translated Files:
  1. Upon completion of the translation process, a soft copy of the translated document is shared with the client for review. We actively seek the client's feedback, and any suggested changes are promptly incorporated into the document.

  2. The final delivery of the translated files, whether in the form of a soft copy sent to the client's email or a hard copy dispatched to their provided address, occurs only after the receipt of full payment. This ensures a streamlined and secure process for both parties.

  3. It's important to note that until the full payment for the translation work is received, the client does not obtain full rights to the translated document. In such cases, the client is granted 'view only' access, without the ability to download or edit the document. This measure is in place to uphold the terms of our agreement and to protect the integrity of the translation services provided.

Quality Assurance in Translation:
  1. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the quality of translation meets and exceeds the satisfaction of our customers.

  2. Recognizing the inherent diversity in every language worldwide, it is natural for individuals to have differing opinions on the quality of a translated document.

  3. We actively encourage and appreciate feedback and suggestions from our clients regarding translated documents. Client input is invaluable, and we willingly revise documents based on their suggestions.

  4. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction for resolution will be Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Word Count/Page Count Guidelines:

The project's word count will be determined using Microsoft Word, encompassing full stops (., ।), numbers, mathematical symbols, equations, and other elements. The number of pages in a document is contingent on the content printed on each page. Typically, we use a general guideline of up to 250 words per page for our calculations. The counting of pages will be determined based on this standard word count to ensure accuracy and consistency in our assessments.

Glossary and Cultural Significance

We expect our esteemed customers to furnish the relevant terminology for any translation project. In the absence of specified terminology, our translators will employ industry-related terms. Following translation, if there are additional terminologies provided, we welcome the opportunity to incorporate the suggested changes to words or meanings. India, renowned for its rich linguistic tapestry, experiences linguistic variations and subtleties every fifty kilometers. This phenomenon is not exclusive to India but is a global occurrence. Every language places a considerable emphasis on its unique local dialect. Using Hindi as an illustration, it showcases considerable diversity. Therefore, we prioritize the use of standard words in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, and other languages, acknowledging the paramount importance of preserving linguistic diversity within the country.
